I possess over two years of experience serving as a customer service representative in a variety of contact centers located within the Philippines. My collective experiences have endowed me with extensive knowledge and skills, including exceptional communication abilities in the English language. I possess unwavering composure under pressure and I excel in problem-solving, with a natural aptitude for organization and exceptional time management skills. My ability to work independently is complemented by the capability to troubleshoot my equipment without the need for external support.
Hobbies & interests
I love to create and edit videos and pictures, and share them on social media platforms. I have extensive experience working with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Davinci Resolve, Capcut, Filmora, PowerDirector, Canva, and other similar tools. I have been editing videos and pictures for over seven years now, and my editing skills have been getting better over time.
